Bill Winfrey

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Bill is the author and developer of the Adaptive Team Leadership body of work. With over 20 years in the performance development field, he has worked with clients across the country at every organizational level. Bill has served as adjunct staff at the Center for Creative Leadership since 1994 and has held adjunct roles with Duke Executive Education, Triangle Training Center, and Team Building USA. His unique ability to translate complex leadership concepts into practical, immediately applicable tools has made him a sought-after trainer, author, and coach.

Nancy Vigander Winfrey, PhD

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

Nancy brings 20 years of experience educating adults in both corporate and nonprofit settings. With a master's degree and doctorate in Adult Education, specializing in Instructional Design and Dialogue Education, she excels as a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer. Nancy's expertise ensures that our programs are not only content-rich but also pedagogically sound and engaging. Beyond her training and development work, Nancy founded a grassroots nonprofit 10 years ago that continues to support a school in Guatemala City.

Bill Spreitzer

HIGH LEVEL COACH

Bill has worked in corporate America for many years with small, medium and Fortune 500 firms – both publicly traded and privately held. He has managed and led teams and organizations in such functions as supply chain management, production planning and control, materials management, global transportation & distribution, and human resources. Within the last 10 years Bill has discovered his real calling which includes touching lives through his workshop facilitation and follow-up coaching. His passion, authenticity, and impact has taken him around the country and overseas working with organizations such as Glaxo Smith Kline, Johnson & Johnson, and AllState.
